1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ZITIFY Technologies Solutions website and utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Provision

ZITIFY specializes in Custom Software, Mobile App, and Web Development, alongside proprietary products like the Parking Management System, DMS, and Face Reading System. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All software architecture, logic, and design elements created by ZITIFY Technologies Solutions remain our property unless otherwise specified in a signed Project Agreement. Upon full payment, clients are granted a license to use the final delivered product for its intended business purpose.

4. Data Privacy (Biometrics & Tracking)

For projects involving Face Reading, Biometric Attendance, or Patrolling Systems, the Client is solely responsible for compliance with local data protection laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act). ZITIFY acts only as the technical processor.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we focus on Quality and Performance, ZITIFY Technologies Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime or data loss due to third-party server issues.
